Do not switch on the product if the connecting cable or adapter is visibly damaged. Switch off the power supply during installation. The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable. When the light source reaches the end of its life, the entire luminaire must be replaced. Do not connect the string to the power supply while it is in the packaging. The lamps are not replaceable. In case of breakage or damage to the lamps, the string must not be used or powered, but must be disposed of safely. If the power cable, mains plug, or any other part of the light string is damaged, the luminaire must be disposed of.

Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

- Voraussetzung: Unbenutzt, unbeschädigt und in Originalverpackung. Gebrauchte Artikel sind ausgeschlossen.
- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
