The basin is made from fossil stone, petrified wood that has been buried underground for hundreds of years and is now rock-hard. It is extremely robust and durable. Furthermore, this natural stone washbasin with its original grain is completely handmade. It impresses with a natural look and thus fits perfectly with any interior style. The washbasin is also very easy to clean. Note: Fossil stone is a natural product and can therefore show color variations. The actual product may be lighter or darker than in the pictures and sometimes show a mix of colors. The shape can also vary. Delivery is random, which ensures the exclusivity and individuality of your product.

Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

Die Lieferung wird – je nach Produktmassen – mit DPD, DHL, Planzer oder der Post durchgeführt.
Rückgaberecht:
- Frist: 30 Kalendertage nach Erhalt der Ware.
- Voraussetzung: Unbenutzt, unbeschädigt und in Originalverpackung. Gebrauchte Artikel sind ausgeschlossen.
- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
