In addition, the trampoline is equipped with PVC padding with 10 mm EPE foam to ensure your children's safety if they accidentally hit the edge of the trampoline. The mesh door at the entrance allows your children to easily get on and off. It is closed with zippers, preventing your children from falling out of the trampoline. The trampoline must be assembled by an adult according to the assembly instructions and checked before the first use. Do not use the mat if it is wet. Empty your pockets and hands before jumping. Always jump in the middle of the mat. Do not eat while jumping. Do not exit the trampoline by jumping. Limit the duration of uninterrupted use (take regular breaks). Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

Rückgaberecht:
- Frist: 30 Kalendertage nach Erhalt der Ware.
- Voraussetzung: Unbenutzt, unbeschädigt und in Originalverpackung. Gebrauchte Artikel sind ausgeschlossen.
- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
