The motorized jockey wheel also comes with a height-adjustable clamp for easy attachment to your trailer. Wear-resistant wheel material: The tire of the jockey wheel is made of aluminum, and the wheel consists of flexible, shock-absorbing, and wear-resistant rubber, ensuring durability and dirt resistance. The solid tire has slight deformation and good running stability. A spare wheel is included in the package. Good to know: We recommend using a DC 12V battery of over 24 Ah or a jump starter (battery not included). It works well on firm and flat surfaces. Do not use on soft and slippery ground! Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

Rückgaberecht:
- Frist: 30 Kalendertage nach Erhalt der Ware.
- Voraussetzung: Unbenutzt, unbeschädigt und in Originalverpackung. Gebrauchte Artikel sind ausgeschlossen.
- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
