Durable material: Made from 100% HDPE (high-density polyethylene), this sun sail protects you from direct sunlight, allows sufficient wind to pass through, and is water-permeable. The HDPE is specially treated to be mold and UV resistant. Easy to assemble: The sun sail is easy to assemble with the stainless steel fasteners at each corner and the included ropes. Various applications: It is the ideal sun protection for all outdoor areas such as gardens, patios, playgrounds, or balconies. Good to know: For proper use, compatible hooks are required (not included). Please consider the total length of the hooks and the product for a correct fit when purchasing.

Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

Die Lieferung wird – je nach Produktmassen – mit DPD, DHL, Planzer oder der Post durchgeführt.
Rückgaberecht:
- Frist: 30 Kalendertage nach Erhalt der Ware.
- Voraussetzung: Unbenutzt, unbeschädigt und in Originalverpackung. Gebrauchte Artikel sind ausgeschlossen.
- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
