The strong steel pole and 6 sturdy ribs give the cantilever parasol stability and durability. This parasol is easy to open and close thanks to the crank mechanism. Please note: We recommend treating the parasol cover with a waterproofing spray if it is exposed to heavy rain. It is important that any product assembled with a screw is tightened two weeks after assembly and every three months thereafter to ensure stability throughout the product's lifespan. Do not fully tighten the screws until all screws are properly fastened. Keep children away from the assembly area during assembly. Handle heavy parts with care. Before use, ensure that this product is fully assembled as shown. This product should only be used on firm, level ground. The product must always be placed on a level surface. No liability is accepted for damage or injury caused by improper use of this product. To avoid injury, keep hands away from the folding mechanism or moving parts. The parasol may only be used or opened with a suitable base. The parasol must not be used in strong winds or rain. Otherwise, injury and/or damage may occur. Always close the parasol and pull on the cover when the wind is stronger than a "moderate breeze," when it is snowing, or raining. The product contains small parts that can be dangerous for small children. Keep small parts away from children. This product is not a toy! Ensure that children do not use the parasol, the cover, or the frame for playing or climbing. Do not use open flames (e.g., garden grill or barbecue) under or directly next to this product. If the wind speed exceeds 6 m/s or in heavy rain, carefully remove, fold, and secure the product and take it to a safe place. Should the fabric unexpectedly get wet, dry it immediately to prevent premature aging of the product. Before use, check that your gazebo, tent, parasol, or canopy is not damaged (bent metal elements, torn fabric). Do not use the product if it is damaged. Failure to comply with these guidelines can/will result in damage.

Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
