Carbon neutral shipping
Our pool cover has been designed for round, above-ground swimming pools. When not in use, it will keep your pool free from dirt, insects, leaves, and debris. Made of high-quality polyethylene, the pool cover weighs only 90 g/m² and is tear-resistant and water-repellent. Thanks to the small drainage holes in the middle, our pool cover allows water to pass through instead of accumulating on top. The small drainage holes also ensure good ventilation. The high-quality workmanship of the seams at the cover's hem guarantees years of use. The cover is easily attached to the pool by tightening the ropes with stoppers around the pool. Warning: This product is not a safety cover and does not prevent drowning. Children must be supervised at all times when using the pool or being near it. Ensure that the pool installation complies with all applicable local and national safety regulations to reduce the risk of drowning.

Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

Rückgaberecht:
- Frist: 30 Kalendertage nach Erhalt der Ware.
- Voraussetzung: Unbenutzt, unbeschädigt und in Originalverpackung. Gebrauchte Artikel sind ausgeschlossen.
- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
