Durable material: Made of PE, the water filter is designed for a long service life and is lighter and more efficient than conventional filter media. Reusable: Since the filter balls are 100% reusable, they can be cleaned in the washing machine or by hand. Convenient use: Simply pour them onto the device to start the filter. The pool filter balls are easy to use but achieve an efficient result. Less backwashing: Compared to white filter balls, these balls require fewer backwashing cycles.

Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

Rückgaberecht:
- Frist: 30 Kalendertage nach Erhalt der Ware.
- Voraussetzung: Unbenutzt, unbeschädigt und in Originalverpackung. Gebrauchte Artikel sind ausgeschlossen.
- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
