This spacious gazebo is an elegant addition to your outdoor area, providing your family and guests with a shady and cool spot on sunny days. The well-ventilated gazebo ensures that sun and wind don't spoil the fun at family gatherings, barbecues, picnics, and birthday parties. The party tent features a sturdy steel construction with decorative square details and a polyester roof. Thanks to the reinforced corners and hook-and-loop fasteners, the canopy can be easily attached to the gazebo frame. Note: This item should NEVER be used in harsh weather conditions, such as strong wind, heavy rain, heavy snowfall, storms, hail, etc. Children and pets should stay out of the gazebo area until the work is completed. Some parts may have sharp edges. Wear protective gloves if necessary. The gazebo may only be erected and secured on a level surface. The gazebo may not be set up in windy or wet conditions. The gazebo may not be set up in a location exposed to strong winds. When using power tools or ladders, always observe the manufacturer's safety instructions to avoid injuries. DO NOT use open flames in or near the gazebo. Hot objects such as recently used grills, blowtorches, etc., may not be stored in the gazebo. Secure the gazebo with the included pegs.

Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

Rückgaberecht:
- Frist: 30 Kalendertage nach Erhalt der Ware.
- Voraussetzung: Unbenutzt, unbeschädigt und in Originalverpackung. Gebrauchte Artikel sind ausgeschlossen.
- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
