This gazebo will bring comfort and sun protection to your family and friends. Its roof provides protection from the scorching sun. It is a perfect shelter for family gatherings, barbecues, afternoon picnics, camping, and birthday parties. The gazebo features a sturdy steel construction and a polyester roof, making it robust and durable. It is also easy to set up. NOTE: This product should NEVER be used in bad weather, such as strong wind, heavy rain, snow, storms, etc. Children and pets should not be in the gazebo area until work is completed. Some parts may have sharp edges. Wear protective gloves if necessary. The gazebo must only be set up and secured on a level surface. The gazebo must not be set up in windy or wet conditions. The gazebo must not be placed in an area exposed to strong winds. Always observe the manufacturer's safety instructions when using power tools or ladders to avoid injuries. DO NOT use open flames in or near the gazebo. Hot items, such as recently used grills, blowtorches, etc., must not be stored in the gazebo. Secure the gazebo with the included stakes.

Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

Rückgaberecht:
- Frist: 30 Kalendertage nach Erhalt der Ware.
- Voraussetzung: Unbenutzt, unbeschädigt und in Originalverpackung. Gebrauchte Artikel sind ausgeschlossen.
- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
