For hygiene reasons, the mattress cannot be returned if the packaging has been removed or opened. Only the part with the symbol can be cut and only the part with the USB will continue to work. The light source of this product is not replaceable. If the light source reaches the end of its life, the product must be replaced. For indoor use only, do not use outdoors. The product has a USB port, but the certified 5V USB power source is not included. Please note that only certified 5V DC inputs may be used. Higher voltage can lead to overheating and damage the device and possibly lead to overheating and fire hazard. The flexible cable of the light string cannot be replaced. Do not use the light string if the cable is damaged. Do not connect the LED lamp to the certified 5V USB power source during installation and maintenance. This device may not be used by children under 14 years of age and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge. This product must NOT be operated near explosives such as flammable liquids, gases and dust or at extreme temperatures and above 50 degrees Celsius.

Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
