This device is not suitable for children under 14 years of age and persons with limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience in handling electronic devices. Do not switch on the product if the connection cable or power supply unit is visibly damaged. Damaged external flexible cables or cords of this luminaire may only be replaced by the manufacturer, its service partner or a similarly qualified person to avoid hazards. Disconnect the power supply during installation and maintenance. Make sure that the bulbs have cooled down. The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable; when the light source reaches its end of life, the entire luminaire must be replaced. For indoor use only, do not use outdoors. The product has a USB port, but the certified 5V USB power supply is not included.

Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

Rückgaberecht:
- Frist: 30 Kalendertage nach Erhalt der Ware.
- Voraussetzung: Unbenutzt, unbeschädigt und in Originalverpackung. Gebrauchte Artikel sind ausgeschlossen.
- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
