This device is not suitable for children under 14 years of age and persons with limited physical, sensory or mental abilities or lack of experience in handling electronic devices. Do not switch on the product if the connection cable or the power supply unit is visibly damaged. Damaged external flexible cables or wires of this luminaire may only be replaced by the manufacturer, its service partner or a similarly qualified professional to avoid hazards. Disconnect the power supply during installation and maintenance. Make sure that the light sources have cooled down. The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable; when the light source has reached the end of its life, the entire luminaire must be replaced. For indoor use only, do not use outdoors. The product has a USB port, but the certified 5V USB power adapter is not included.

Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

Rückgaberecht:

- Voraussetzung: Unbenutzt, unbeschädigt und in Originalverpackung. Gebrauchte Artikel sind ausgeschlossen.
- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
