Our mattress features high-quality memory foam on one side, meaning you can choose which side you want to sleep on; one side is a normal foam mattress – by simply flipping the mattress, you can enjoy the memory function. The memory foam gives the mattress an incomparable viscosity and density. Thanks to its shape memory, it quickly returns to its original form after use. The mattress automatically distributes the body weight and reduces pressure on the body's pressure points. In cases of insomnia, joint, back, or neck pain, the mattress quickly provides relief. Note: The mattress consists of 5 layers; from top to bottom: polyester fabric cover, 2 cm 40 D memory foam, 14 cm thick normal foam, 1 cm normal foam, and a polyester fabric cover. Mattresses are compressed for easier delivery. Please note that for hygienic reasons, the mattress cannot be returned if the packaging has already been opened or removed.

Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

Rückgaberecht:
- Frist: 30 Kalendertage nach Erhalt der Ware.
- Voraussetzung: Unbenutzt, unbeschädigt und in Originalverpackung. Gebrauchte Artikel sind ausgeschlossen.
- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
