Description
This mattress, with a washable padded cover, is wonderfully soft and very comfortable. The thick mattress automatically distributes body weight and relieves the body's pressure points. The top layer of the mattress absorbs moisture and provides good thermal insulation. It is particularly recommended for joint pain, insomnia, allergies, back pain, neck pain, and stress. Thanks to the washable cover, the mattress is easy to clean, ensuring better hygiene. Please note: The mattress consists of 3 layers, from top to bottom: 1 cm washable padded cover, 15 cm D30 foam, 1 cm washable padded cover. Please note: For hygienic reasons, the mattress cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened. Good to know: The product is delivered rolled up and vacuum-packed. After opening, the product needs about 72 hours in a warm environment to return to its normal shape.

Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

Rückgaberecht:
- Frist: 30 Kalendertage nach Erhalt der Ware.
- Voraussetzung: Unbenutzt, unbeschädigt und in Originalverpackung. Gebrauchte Artikel sind ausgeschlossen.
- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
