A 7-zone mattress means that 7 different parts of the mattress are supported differently to improve spinal alignment. Therefore, the 7-zone mattress offers unprecedented support for your entire body, with soft support for your shoulders and firm support for your hips and lower back, ensuring healthier sleep. 2. Pressure relief. The mattress can reduce pressure point load on the body, allowing your stressed bones and joints, especially the spine and neck area, to recover sufficiently overnight. The mattress precisely adapts to your body contours and ensures a harmonious sleeping experience. 3. Comfort in every area. Unlike conventional mattresses with limited comfort zones, our mattress ensures comfort over the entire sleeping surface, from corner to edge. This means you don't have to change your sleeping position frequently and unconsciously during the night. In addition, there is no more noise when you move on the mattress. Please note that for hygienic reasons, the mattress cannot be returned if the mattress cover has been opened or removed. Good to know: The product is delivered rolled up and vacuum-packed. After opening, the product needs approximately 72 hours in a warm environment to return to its normal shape.

Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

Die Lieferung wird – je nach Produktmassen – mit DPD, DHL, Planzer oder der Post durchgeführt.
Rückgaberecht:
- Frist: 30 Kalendertage nach Erhalt der Ware.
- Voraussetzung: Unbenutzt, unbeschädigt und in Originalverpackung. Gebrauchte Artikel sind ausgeschlossen.
- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
