Robust Construction: The frame is made of powder-coated steel and aluminum, which guarantees strong support and resistance to weathering. The durable materials ensure stable performance even with long-term outdoor use. Retractable Arms with Hand Crank: The mechanism with retractable arms allows the awning to be extended or retracted as needed. The manual hand crank allows for easy adjustment of the coverage area. Solar-Powered LED Lighting: The integrated LED lights are powered by a solar panel and provide light in the evening, without any external power source. Semi-Cassette Protection: The semi-cassette structure protects the fabric and the internal mechanism when the awning is retracted, reducing exposure to dust and weathering. Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

Rückgaberecht:
- Frist: 30 Kalendertage nach Erhalt der Ware.
- Voraussetzung: Unbenutzt, unbeschädigt und in Originalverpackung. Gebrauchte Artikel sind ausgeschlossen.
- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
