The scissor symbol indicates where the strip can be safely cut without damaging it. Note: Only the part with the symbol can be cut, and only the part with the USB will continue to work. Each product comes with assembly instructions in the packaging for easy assembly. The product has a USB port, but the certified 5V USB power source is not included. The light source of this product is not replaceable. When the light source reaches the end of its life, the product must be replaced. Suitable for indoor use only, do not use outdoors. The product has a USB port, but the certified 5V USB power source is not included. Please note that only certified 5V DC inputs may be used. Higher voltage can lead to overheating and damage the device and potentially cause overheating and fire hazards. The flexible cable of the string lights cannot be replaced. Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
