Proper care ensures it stays looking good and remains reliable for a long time. Warning! Adjust the saddle height according to the rider. It is important to cover all coil springs under the saddle to prevent finger pinching if a child seat is attached. Like all mechanical components, the bicycle is subject to wear and high stresses. Different materials and components can react differently to wear or material fatigue. If the lifespan of a component is exceeded, it can suddenly fail and potentially cause injuries to the rider. Any form of cracks, scratches, or discolorations in highly stressed areas indicate that the component or the entire bicycle has reached the end of its lifespan and should be replaced. In the case of composite components, impact damage may not be visible to the user. The manufacturer must explain the consequences of impact damage and point out that composite components, in the event of an impact, should either be returned to the manufacturer for inspection or destroyed and replaced. Always wear a helmet. No stunts or jumps.

Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
