Guardrail for Added Safety: The loft bed is equipped with a guardrail to prevent falls during sleep. Slatted Base for Optimal Support: The bed frame is equipped with a slatted base that supports your mattress and keeps it breathable. Warning: To prevent tipping, this product should be secured with the included wall mount. Good to know: This bed frame has a slatted base design and the slats are included. This bed does not include a mattress. However, we offer a wide selection of mattresses. You can search for a suitable mattress in our shop. Screws and wall plugs for wall mounting are not included. Suitable mounting accessories must be purchased separately. If you are unsure about the assembly, please consult a professional. Please read and follow every step in the instructions.

Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

Rückgaberecht:
- Frist: 30 Kalendertage nach Erhalt der Ware.
- Voraussetzung: Unbenutzt, unbeschädigt und in Originalverpackung. Gebrauchte Artikel sind ausgeschlossen.
- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
