Good to know: To avoid damage from heavy snow accumulation, we recommend regularly clearing snow from the roof in winter. Warning! Protective gloves must be worn. Please wear safety glasses, gloves, safety shoes, and a helmet (head protection) when assembling the shed. Do not assemble the shed in extreme weather conditions such as strong winds or low temperatures. Keep children and pets out of the assembly area. The shed must be assembled on a level surface. It is recommended to anchor the shed to an immovable object or to the ground. Keep the roof free of snow and leaves. Large amounts of snow on the roof can damage the shed. Keep the doors closed and locked to prevent damage from wind. Do not climb on the roof. The shed is not suitable for living. Do not store or use hot items such as grills, welding equipment, and blowtorches inside the shed to avoid fire hazards.

Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

Die Lieferung wird – je nach Produktmassen – mit DPD, DHL, Planzer oder der Post durchgeführt.
Rückgaberecht:
- Frist: 30 Kalendertage nach Erhalt der Ware.
- Voraussetzung: Unbenutzt, unbeschädigt und in Originalverpackung. Gebrauchte Artikel sind ausgeschlossen.
- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
