This innovative pergola is equipped with an adjustable, retractable canopy, which can be lowered or raised on both sides with the integrated handles. This allows you to decide how much sunlight or shade you want. Made of powder-coated steel, this pergola is very sturdy and durable. The roof is made of polyester fabric with a PA coating, making it water and weather resistant. It can also be removed when not in use, so you can wash or store it. Ground stakes are also included in the delivery. Note: This item should NEVER be used in harsh weather conditions, such as strong wind, heavy rain, heavy snowfall, storm, hail, etc.

Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

Rückgaberecht:
- Frist: 30 Kalendertage nach Erhalt der Ware.
- Voraussetzung: Unbenutzt, unbeschädigt und in Originalverpackung. Gebrauchte Artikel sind ausgeschlossen.
- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
