Note: For your safety, DO NOT use this product in bad weather such as strong winds, heavy rain, snow, storms, etc. Children and pets should not be in the gazebo area until the work is completed. Some parts may have sharp edges. Wear protective gloves if necessary. The gazebo must only be set up and secured on a level surface. The gazebo must not be set up in windy or wet conditions. The gazebo must not be placed in a location exposed to strong winds. When using power tools or ladders, always follow the manufacturer's safety instructions to avoid injury. DO NOT use open flames inside or near the gazebo. Hot items such as recently used grills, blowtorches, etc., must not be stored inside the gazebo. Secure the gazebo with the included stakes.

Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

- Voraussetzung: Unbenutzt, unbeschädigt und in Originalverpackung. Gebrauchte Artikel sind ausgeschlossen.
- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
