Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.

Return Policy:

  • Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
  • Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
  • Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
  • Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
  • Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).
