Special note: Make sure your gabion is securely positioned. Depending on the use of the gabion, you must fix it to the ground by cementing the base or using posts or hooks according to our instructions. Read the instructions carefully and keep the instructions for future reference. Important: A filled gabion is very heavy and tipping over leads to dangerous situations and serious injuries. Installation may only be carried out by specialists. In addition, assembly and installation aids such as posts, screw flanges, hooks and concrete are required for the assembly of gabions, which are not included in the scope of delivery. For the construction of gabions, at least the following knowledge is required: safe handling of tools, machines, ladders and scaffolding. Knowledge of occupational and operational safety as well as taking precautions against accidents and hazards. Experience in the transport and handling of heavy, bulky components. Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

- Voraussetzung: Unbenutzt, unbeschädigt und in Originalverpackung. Gebrauchte Artikel sind ausgeschlossen.
- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
