Good to know: The delivery includes only the stone basket. Stones are not included. You can get replacement accessories to replace broken or old accessories. Special note: Make sure your gabion is securely positioned. Depending on the use of the gabion, you may need to anchor it to the ground by embedding the base in concrete or using posts or hooks according to our instructions. Read the instructions carefully and keep them for future reference. Important: A filled gabion is very heavy, and tipping over can lead to dangerous situations and serious injuries. Installation must only be carried out by professionals. In addition, assembly and installation aids such as posts, screw flanges, hooks, and concrete are required for the assembly of gabions, which are not included in the scope of delivery. For the construction of gabions, at least the following knowledge is required: safe handling of tools, machines, ladders, and scaffolding. Knowledge of occupational and operational safety as well as taking precautions against accidents and hazards. Experience in transporting and handling heavy, bulky components. Knowledge of local building regulations. In case of doubt or if the above qualifications are not present, consult a specialist, certified engineer, or competent installation company. Warning: Gabions must only be erected on sufficiently load-bearing ground and according to the assembly instructions! Wear safety shoes and protective gloves during assembly! Caution! Metal wires can be pointed and sharp-edged! Caution! Risk of falling during assembly! Before assembly, hazards must be assessed and protective measures taken. The above warnings are not exhaustive and should not be considered a substitute for a full risk assessment before product assembly.

Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
