Good to know: This bed does not include a mattress. However, we offer a wide selection of mattresses. You can search our shop for a suitable mattress. This bed frame has a slatted base design and the slats are included. Attention: To prevent tipping over, this product should be secured with the supplied wall bracket. WARNING. This bed is not suitable for children under six years of age due to the risk of injury from falls. WARNING. Bunk beds/high beds can pose a serious risk of strangulation if used incorrectly. Never hang or attach items to any part of the bunk bed/high bed that are not intended for use with the bed, e.g. ropes, cords, hooks, straps, and bags. WARNING. Children can become trapped between the bed and the wall, a pitched roof, the ceiling, adjacent furniture (e.g. cupboards) and the like. To avoid the risk of serious injury, the distance between the upper safety barrier and the adjacent structure must not exceed 75 mm or must be more than 230 mm; WARNING. Do not use the bunk bed/high bed if a component is damaged or missing. WARNING. This product must be attached to a wall or building structure.

Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

- Frist: 30 Kalendertage nach Erhalt der Ware.
- Voraussetzung: Unbenutzt, unbeschädigt und in Originalverpackung. Gebrauchte Artikel sind ausgeschlossen.
- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
