Equipped with a rust-resistant, powder-coated aluminum frame, the awning can withstand light winds thanks to its lightweight yet stable structure. The awning fabric is made of high-density polyester with a PU coating, which is water-resistant, UV-resistant, and colorfast. The angle and height can be adjusted to your specific needs. You can easily open and retract the outdoor awning using the long hand crank. The retractable awning is easy to mount on the wall. An instruction manual and the necessary accessories are included in the delivery. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. Keep children away from the assembly area. Please note: Read the instructions carefully before use and keep them for future reference.

Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

Rückgaberecht:
- Frist: 30 Kalendertage nach Erhalt der Ware.
- Voraussetzung: Unbenutzt, unbeschädigt und in Originalverpackung. Gebrauchte Artikel sind ausgeschlossen.
- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
