This retractable awning is the ideal sunshade, either in front of a window, on the patio, balcony or in your garden. This water-, UV- and weather-resistant awning is made of high-quality fabric with a PA coating. The robust steel frame gives the awning stability and durability. The easy-to-clean awning fabric can be removed and washed. This product can be used not only as a normal awning, but also for complete window coverage. Thanks to the support rod and chain, this awning is retractable. The height and inclination angle of the awning can also be adjusted. The product is easy to assemble. This item should be installed on smooth and flat surfaces. Children must not play with the rope. Regularly inspect the installation for signs of wear or damage to the cables. Do not use if damaged and repair if necessary. Small children can strangle themselves by pulling on the ropes, chains, straps and the inner cord that operates this product. To prevent strangulation and entanglement, keep cords out of the reach of small children. DANGER! Cords can wrap around a child's neck and cause severe injury or even death to the child. Do not place beds, cribs and furniture near window covering cords. Do not tie cords together. Make sure the cords do not twist or form a loop. Cords must be at least 1.5 m above the floor. Do not use the awning if it is damaged and needs to be repaired or adjusted. Do not use the awning if maintenance work such as window cleaning is being carried out nearby. Operation in freezing weather can damage the awning. Never install it in high and windy places, as the awning could fall and injure people. Do not use it in places where vibrations or impacts occur. Do not use it in places with high temperatures, e.g. on walls near stoves. Do not place heavy objects on the frame, as it could fall and cause damage. Be careful with your fingers during assembly. Use all screws and nuts correctly during assembly, as it is very dangerous if they remain loose. Close the awning on rainy or snowy days. Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

Rückgaberecht:
- Frist: 30 Kalendertage nach Erhalt der Ware.
- Voraussetzung: Unbenutzt, unbeschädigt und in Originalverpackung. Gebrauchte Artikel sind ausgeschlossen.
- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
