Soft velvet: Velvet is a soft, luxurious fabric characterized by its dense pile of evenly cut fibers that have a smooth pile. Velvet feels distinctively soft and is pleasant to touch. Pocket spring mattress: The integrated individual pocket spring mattress is characterized by very high quality while ensuring high durability and adaptability. It effectively absorbs the noise and shocks caused by tossing and turning. Medium-firm support: The bed mattress offers additional stability and just the right degree of firmness without compromising comfort. It is therefore ideal for back or stomach sleepers. Skin-friendly mattress topper: The mattress protector is covered with a durable and skin-friendly fabric cover, making it soft and pleasant to the touch. Plywood slats: The bed is equipped with plywood slats that ensure good weight distribution and make sure the mattress stays in place with every turn and twist of your body during sleep. Note: For hygiene reasons, the mattress cannot be returned if the packaging has been removed or opened. Each product comes with assembly instructions in the box for easy assembly.

Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

Rückgaberecht:
- Frist: 30 Kalendertage nach Erhalt der Ware.
- Voraussetzung: Unbenutzt, unbeschädigt und in Originalverpackung. Gebrauchte Artikel sind ausgeschlossen.
- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
