This device is not suitable for children under 14 years of age and individuals with limited physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience in handling electronic devices. Electricity is dangerous. Damage, improper installation, use, or modifications (replacement of individual components) can lead to damage to the device, electric shocks, and hazards for the user. Do not switch on the product if the connection cable or power adapter is visibly damaged. Damaged external flexible cables or cords of this luminaire may only be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or a similarly qualified professional to avoid hazards. Turn off the power supply during installation and maintenance. Make sure the light bulbs have cooled down. The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable; when the light source reaches its end of life, the entire luminaire shall be replaced. Suitable for indoor use only, do not use outdoors. The product has a USB port, but the certified 5V USB power adapter is not included.

Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).
