Robust slats: The plywood slats ensure good weight distribution and also that the mattress stays in place with every movement of your body during sleep. Good to know: This bed frame has a slatted base design and the slats are included. No mattress is included with this bed. However, we offer a wide selection of mattresses. You can search our shop for a suitable mattress. The product has a USB port, for which a certified 5V USB power source is required (not included). Do not use the product if parts are damaged, cracked, or missing. It requires a DC 5V power supply, but the appropriate certified 5V USB power adapter is not included. Higher voltages can lead to overheating and damage the device, posing a risk of overheating and fire.

Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

- Voraussetzung: Unbenutzt, unbeschädigt und in Originalverpackung. Gebrauchte Artikel sind ausgeschlossen.
- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
