Note: To extend the life of your garden furniture, we recommend cleaning it regularly and protecting it outdoors from precipitation or strong sunlight. Cleaning: Use a mild soap solution. Storage: If possible, store indoors in a cool, dry place. If the product is stored outdoors, protect it with a waterproof cover. Wipe and dry excess water or snow from flat surfaces after rain or snowfall. Ensure adequate air circulation to prevent moisture-related damage. Maximum 110 kg per seat. Be aware of the risk of open fires and other strong heat sources near the product.

Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

Rückgaberecht:
- Frist: 30 Kalendertage nach Erhalt der Ware.
- Voraussetzung: Unbenutzt, unbeschädigt und in Originalverpackung. Gebrauchte Artikel sind ausgeschlossen.
- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
