This parasol provides shade and also offers protection against harmful UV rays. Made of UV-resistant and colorfast polyester, this easy-care parasol offers optimal protection from harmful sun rays. It features a sturdy cross base for increased stability. The exclusive design of this garden umbrella allows it to be tilted and rotated 360 degrees to always adjust the sun protection to the desired position. The strong aluminum pole, together with the 8 ribs, makes the parasol very stable and durable. In addition, the garden umbrella can be easily opened and closed thanks to the crank mechanism. Furthermore, the double-roof design supports the ventilation of the cantilever umbrella. Please note: We recommend treating the umbrella canopy with an impregnating spray if it is exposed to heavy rain. It is important that any product assembled with a screw is retightened two weeks after assembly and then every three months to ensure stability throughout the product's life. Do not fully tighten every screw until all screws are properly secured. Keep children away from the assembly area during assembly. Handle heavy parts carefully. This product should only be used on firm, level ground. This product is intended for domestic use only. Keep hands away from the folding mechanism and moving parts to avoid possible injuries. Never use or open the parasol without a suitable base. Do not use the parasol in strong wind and rain. Otherwise, injuries and/or damage may occur. Always close the parasol and put on the cover when the wind is stronger than a "moderate breeze", when it snows or when it rains. The product contains small parts that may pose a danger to young children. Keep small parts out of reach of children. This product is not a toy! Make sure that children do not use the parasol, the canopy, or the base for playing or climbing. Do not use open fires (e.g., garden grill or barbecue) under or directly next to this product.

Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
