Description
This electric winch is specifically designed for vehicle recovery. The included freewheel clutch is operated by a pull and rotary knob, which disengages the gearbox and allows the wire rope to be pulled without electrical power. The tension plate reduces recoil and deceleration when pulling out the rope. The winch also comes with a mounting plate, a fairlead, and a wireless remote control. Equipped with a permanent magnet motor, this device is suitable for continuous use. Scope of delivery: 1 x winch, 1 x mounting plate, 1 x fairlead, 1 x wireless remote control, 1 x wired remote control, 1 x hook with cable, power cables, and mounting accessories such as screws and nuts. Do not let your children play with the device. It is not a toy. Only technically proficient operators should use the device. Wear personal protective equipment before using this product. Keep children and bystanders away while operating a power tool.

Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

Rückgaberecht:
- Frist: 30 Kalendertage nach Erhalt der Ware.
- Voraussetzung: Unbenutzt, unbeschädigt und in Originalverpackung. Gebrauchte Artikel sind ausgeschlossen.
- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
