Please note that you may only use a certified 5V DC power supply. Higher voltages can lead to overheating and damage to the device as well as fire hazards. Connect this product only to the power supply specified in the manual, on the type plate or by vidaXL. This device is not suitable for children under 14 years of age and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience in handling electronic devices. Electricity is dangerous. Damage, improper installation, use or alterations (replacement of individual components) can lead to damage to the device, electric shocks and hazards for the user. Do not operate this product in explosive areas, e.g. near flammable liquids, gases and dusts or at temperatures above 50 °C. Do not switch on the product if the connecting cable or the power adapter is visibly damaged. Damaged external flexible cables or cords of this luminaire may only be replaced by the manufacturer, its service partner or a similarly qualified person to avoid hazards. Disconnect the power supply during installation and maintenance. Make sure that the light bulbs have cooled down. The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable; when the light source reaches its end of life the whole luminaire shall be replaced. Only suitable for indoor use, do not use outdoors. Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
