The inner surface is smoothly polished, making it very easy to clean. The drain fittings have a diameter of 4.5 cm. No drain fittings are included. Note: River stone is a natural product and may therefore show colour variations. The actual product may be lighter or darker than shown in the pictures and sometimes display a mixture of colours. The shape may also vary. Delivery is random, which guarantees the exclusivity and individuality of your product. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. Keep children away from the assembly area. Attention: Read the instructions carefully before use and keep them for future reference.

Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

Rückgaberecht:
- Frist: 30 Kalendertage nach Erhalt der Ware.
- Voraussetzung: Unbenutzt, unbeschädigt und in Originalverpackung. Gebrauchte Artikel sind ausgeschlossen.
- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
