If the external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire is damaged, it shall be exclusively replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person to avoid a hazard. Switch off the power supply during installation and maintenance. Make sure the light bulbs have cooled down. The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable; when the light source reaches its end of life, the entire luminaire shall be replaced. Suitable for indoor use only, do not use outdoors.

Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).
