These approximately 14 cm thick pillows not only provide a peaceful sleep but also ensure your health. The visco-foam-filled pillow offers optimal pressure relief; visco-foam, also known as memory foam, was originally developed by NASA. It can adapt to your neck and head based on warmth and weight. When the material is warmed by body temperature, it softens and conforms to your contours, thus ensuring a correct orthopedic sleeping position. Furthermore, the cover fabric is breathable and wonderfully soft, allowing for a comfortable and restful sleeping environment. Delivery includes 2 pillows. Good to know: The product is delivered rolled up and vacuum-packed. After opening, the product needs about 72 hours in a warm environment to return to its normal shape.

Shipping is completely free. Depending on the product dimensions, delivery will be carried out by DPD, DHL, Planzer or the Post.
Return Policy:
- Period: 14 calendar days after receipt of goods.
- Condition: Unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Used items are excluded.
- Process: Returns must be discussed with us beforehand and accompanied by our return slip.
- Buyer's Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refund: 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. 20% will be retained as a flat shipping fee (due to free original shipping).

Rückgaberecht:
- Frist: 30 Kalendertage nach Erhalt der Ware.
- Voraussetzung: Unbenutzt, unbeschädigt und in Originalverpackung. Gebrauchte Artikel sind ausgeschlossen.
- Ablauf: Rücksendung muss vorab mit uns abgesprochen und mit unserem Rücksendeschein versehen werden.
- Kosten Käufer: Rückversandkosten gehen zu Lasten des Käufers.
- Rückerstattung: Es werden 80 % des Kaufpreises erstattet. 20 % werden als Versandkostenpauschale einbehalten (aufgrund des kostenlosen Ursprungsversands).
